Annual General Meeting 2007 (AGM)
At the Annual General Meeting of Australian Unity Limited held on 25 October 2007, members voted on a resolution contained in the notice of meeting to increase the limit on maximum fees payable to non-executive directors for their services as directors. Of the 1,716 member votes cast, 1,213 votes supported the resolution (70.69%) and 503 voted against (29.31%). The resolution was carried.
