Member Support Program
Hospital stays can be difficult – and we understand that you’d rather
be at home.
Member Support, designed for members with Australian
Unity hospital cover, means you can come home early (with your
doctor’s consent, of course) and our member support program staff
will co-ordinate all nursing, home help, meals, midwifery, nappy
services, childcare and more, designed for your particular needs.

The baby+me® Program
The baby+me Program provides care and practical support when
parents need it most. Continuing until the baby's first birthday, this
exclusive three-phase program provides access to a number of
complimentary services for expectant parents.
They include telephone
contact with an individually assigned midwife, an informative website
and comprehensive books relating to pregnancy and parenting.
To be eligible to participate in this program you must have Comprehensive Hospital (product code H4, K4 or J4),
or LifeChoice® or LifeChoice Plus® cover, have enrolled in the program prior to the birth of your
child and had that level of cover for a continuous period of at least 12 months prior to enrolment.
Dentacare
Savings on dental fees
If you have Australian Unity Extras cover that includes dental benefits,
then you’ll automatically receive a Dentacare card with your membership card.
This card is your passport to affordable services for the most common dental treatments.
You can use your Dentacare card at your choice of more than 400 Dentacare clinics around Australia.
These clinics offer services at reduced, competitive fees. So you'll
not only save extra money on dental, you also check the costs in advance.
Just advise the dentist that you’re a Dentacare member when you make your appointment.
Then present your card to the dentist or their receptionist to receive your saving.
