Healthy Travel provides hospital and medical cover for non-residents at an affordable price, with the option of adding Extras cover for a range of health services.
|
Healthy Travel Cover is ideal for people who:
- Are visitors to Australia
- Are temporary residents working in Australia (e.g. Visa subclasses 457, 163)
- Are not eligible to receive full Medicare (public health care) benefits
- Require Overseas Visitors Health Cover for visa purposes

What is covered?
| Hospital Cover |
- 100% cover for accommodation and theatre fees in a public or
Agreement Private Hospital.
- 100% of the minimum cost for government approved surgical prosthesis items.

| Ambulance Cover |
100% cover for emergency ambulance transportation up to a maximum of $1,000 per membership per year.
|
| Overall Yearly Maximums |
- Up to $30,000 for a single policy
- Up to $60,000 for a family policy, with a maximum of $30,000 per person.*

Members have access to our range of

*The yearly maximum is calculated on a calendar year from 1 January to 31 December regardless of the date of joining.
